High Noon Beer Jelly is produced using an ale with high wheat malt content, and accented with the flavour of traditional hops. This jelly is perfect for fish, or international cuisine such as Mexican or Indian food.




INGREDIENTS: High Noon Ale, Sugar, Pectin.


  • Refrigerate after opening.
  • Bubbles from head of beer may appear white in jar.
  • No added preservatives.
